December 30, 1958 -  June 24, 2018

Passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Loving mother of Chris and Chantel (Desean). Proud grandma of Bianca. Dear sister of Gary (Norma), John (Debra), Mike (Sonia) and predeceased by brothers Francis and Tom. Also predeceased by her parents Raymond and Kathleen Van Dusen. Cecelia will be sadly missed by her loving partner G.S. “Garf” Smith.

I have such fond memories of Cecelia from my frequent visits to the Clerk's Office and on the baseball field. Cecelia was never just smiling she was laughing..out loud. She had such an infectious, sweet personality. My deepest condolences to Garf, Chris and Chantel.

Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. That is a beautiful picture of Cecilia. always thought she was the sweetest considering all the brothers she had to put up with....
Also is comforting to know that she has people waiting to great her on the other side.
