My fondest memories of our times with your family while we were children at your home and cottage are strong. Kitty and Jack were close friends of mom and dad for a very long time. Kitty was a loyal friend to our mom when she went into care after her diagnosis of dementia. She visited mom regularly and it was always a happy time for mom.
My sincerest condolences to all the Higgins family at the loss of your kind and loving mom, grandma and great grandma.

I have many fond memories of Aunt Kitty. We would keep in touch by letters & cards then via e-mails and the occasional phone call. I will always remember her as a gentle, kind Aunt who would refer to me as 'Dear'. Her strength, charm, grace & whit are qualities that I will always remember.
Love,
Joanmarie
