<div itemprop="description">Peacefully, at her home in Mississauga, on Friday, December 19, 2014, at the age of 80, after a courageous battle with cancer. She never wavered in her positive attitude and outlook. Beloved wife of the late Robert Piercy. Loving mother of Gordon (Cheryl) Piercy and Lynda (Geoff) Cooper. Proud grandmother of Caroline and Hilary. Dear sister of Marilyn (Draper) Wood. Her main joys in life were spending time with her family and summers at Southwoods on Gull Lake. A Memorial Service will be held at Humbervale United Church, 1447 Royal York Rd., Etobicoke, on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 2 o&rsquo;clock, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Turner &amp; Porter Yorke Chapel, 416-767-3153.</div>
