My heart goes out to you at this sad time. I’m here if you need to talk.

On behalf of the CNIB Amateur Radio Program, I would like to express our sincere condolences to Sharon and his family. His dedication and commitment to our board and members was incredible. He sacrificed his time to create audio newsletters, record magazines and manuals for radios. He commented that he had to lock himself in a room for 3 days to record a monthly magazine in audio format each month. His dedication to working with the board of directors as a senior member was appreciated by everyone. He always had new ideas to bring to the table. He picked me up at 6:30am on a Saturday to sell used equipment at a flea market. This was one of our best fundraising activities. I also saw him on Monday afternoons at the CNIB as a volunteer reader in the library. He had a voice quality that was well suited to both activities. He also talked to me a lot about fly fishing. Bruce is now a SK (Silent Key)- 73 de Randy VE3WRN Manager, CNIB Amateur Radio Program.
I was saddened to learn about Bruce’s passing. Please know that my thoughts are with Sharon and the family. Bruce will be missed by the many people who knew him.

Sharon & family,
Please accept our sincerest condolences.
Bruce was a wonderful next door neighbour who always had a friendly smile and a caring heart. He often had a story just waiting to tell us about all his travels, fishing adventures, and his love for nature. Sometimes we could hear him as he sat on the porch and sang to the birds with the most incredible whistling we've ever heard, in perfect pitch we might add. Some of those birds must have been jealous :))
We will miss him dearly.
All our love,
Gail, Scott, Cameron & Ryan
Sharon---I am truly sorry to hear of your loss. Sincere sympathy.
