Was a kind, caring, loving mother, oma, aunt and friend. After a long battle with vascular dementia she passed and joined the heavens on Tuesday, July 26, 2021.

She was born in Reinchkendorf, Berlin, Germany, on April 22, 1942. Immigrating to Canada in 1961. Partnered in owning and operating a now 3rd generation run Dairy Queen.

She is survived by her son James, her daughter Michele, their spouses Andrea and Michael (Parker) and her greatest joys, her grandchildren; Austin, Joshua, MacKenzee and Caitlan. Predeceased by her eldest son, Pierre.

A Private Funeral Service will be held at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, following she will be laid to eternal rest at Springcreek Cemetery (1390 Clarkson Rd. N. Mississauga).

A reception will follow the interment. All are invited to join us in sharing memories of our mom, Brigitte, at the Palermo Pub (2512 Old Bronte Rd., corner of Bronte Rd. & Dundas St. Oakville) at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 13, 2021.
