BRIAN WILLIAM TURNER (P.Eng.)

Passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years. Loving husband to Elizabeth. Cherished father of Jane (Michael) and late Lesley Anne. Proud grandfather of Stephanie, Matthew and late Brian. Chief Engineer with The Merchant Marines, UK. Immigrating to Canada and eventually settling in Mississauga where he began a career with The Toronto Harbour Commission and retired as Director of Works. Also a Governor with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution as this organization was very close to heart. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Trillium Health Partners for their care and compassion over the last year and a half.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel. As per Brian’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.

Sending our Prayers and thoughts for Mr.Turner and Family. Sorry for your loss. We were neighbours of the Turners on Baldwin Rd in Mississauga for many years and they were always great people. I was their paperboy and remember the Turners as very friendly and engaging. ( great tippers ). Fond Memories. Sincerely, Mark
p.s. Jane, we missed you at the Graydon reunion last year.
