It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather Blaz Cerovcec. Born in Zagorje, Croatia he was born to the late Ivan and Jaga (nee Macek). In 1964, he married the love of his life, Draga (nee Hud). The newlyweds moved to Canada in 1965 to start a new life. Blaz was a loving and dedicated father (Tata) of Susie (Jozo) and Steve (Sandi). Adoring grandfather (Deda) to Lukas, Matthew, Blaze and Riley.

He will be fondly remembered by his family for his humour, love, and giving heart. Blaz took great pride in spending time at home surrounded by his family, but especially by his four loving grandsons.

Due to COVID restrictions, private funeral arrangements will be held at Turner and Porter (Peel Chapel). Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Croatian Martyrs Church in Mississauga with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
