It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a loving Husband, Daddy and Papa, William L Binder on June 18. Born in Bátaapáti, Hungary on September 13, 1941. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his loving wife Sandra, sister Irene, children (spouses) Michaela (Greg) Beyer, Marisa, Christina (Jorge) Lopes, and Gloria (Matthew) Goncalves and grandchildren Isabella, Joshua, Ella, Ariel and Briana. He will be missed by all his family and friends in Germany and Canada. He loved his family dearly and they meant everything to him. He immigrated from Germany to Canada in the summer of 1960. He started working as a Regional Construction Supervisor at Trans Canada Pipeline in 1968 and retired in 2001. He loved spending his time with his grandchildren and looked forward to spending his summers on his balcony gardening. He will be in our hearts forever and always.

No one will understand the pain of losing a father unless they have lost- I have been through the same and can well understand how Marisa must be feeling. Though I did not have the chance to meet Mr. Binder in person, I can very well understand the lovely soul he has been to his family and to the world. I can see all the reflection of this great soul in Marisa, who brightens up the office everyday. God bless you Mr Binder wherever you are and May you be placed to the best place in the heaven!

Sending our deepest condolences to the entire Binder family during this difficult time. It isvery apparent that you are a very close family and that should help as you deal with this loss. Please try and keep in mind all of the good memories that you had and all of the key lessons that your father was able to provide. Keeping you all in our hearts.

Billy was my greatest mentor, leader, and role model through out my entire career. Whenever I need help or advice on any matters Billy would always be there for me. Billy and I shared so many hilarious and difficult experiences during our time together working on Pipeline projects. Billy took me under his wing and taught me all I know in the world of pipeline. After Billy retired we kept in touch and I treasured every minute!! I was will miss you my "Friend"
My heart goes out to Bill's girls and especially to Sandy. Billy loved you all so much and was very proud to be your father and husband. "Rest in Peace"
