Bella Marie Birdgeneau

January 14, 1945 -  December 1, 2016


Peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga at the age of 71. Beloved wife of the late William Arthur Birdgeneau. Cherished daughter of Johnny and Marian Michel (both deceased) of the Fort Nelson First Nation. Dear sister of George "Thomas", Florence (Lee), Theresa (Don), Rita (Terry) and the late Thomas, Lucy, Margaret, Joseph, Teresa, Claude and Robert "Bobby". Loving mother of Tammy, Valerie (Chris), Michelle (Fred), Marlene, Daryll (Rachel). Fondly remembered by grandchildren Jessica, Jean (Michael), Ann, Danielle, Aaron (Nicole), Nina, River, Grace, Alicia (deceased) and great grandchildren Samantha, Alexia and Emma. Bella will be sadly missed by honourary daughter Diane and son Bryan, sole surviving uncle Willie Whitehead, and all other relatives and friends.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy 10 just north of QEW). A visitation will be held on Thursday from 6 - 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Peel Chapel on Friday, December 9th, 2016. A visitation will be held at 12:00 pm followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mississauga. If desired, donations in loving memory of Bella can be made to the Cancer Services at Trillium Health Partners.
