September 25, 1949 - March 19, 2019

It is with great sadness the Grguric family announce the passing of Barka at Dorothy Ley Hospice on March 19, 2019 at the age of 69. Beloved wife of Drago. Dearest mother of Ana (Nelson), Mary (George) and Sandy (Nick). Loving Baka to Kyle, Ryan, Jacob, Emma, Daniel and Luke. Barka will be dearly missed by her brother, Peter and sister, Anna of Croatia. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel at 4933 Dundas St. W., (between Kipling & Islington Aves.) Etobicoke on Thursday from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Croatia, 7 Croatia St. Toronto on Friday March 22, 2019 at 9 a.m.. For those who wish, donations may be made to Dorothy Ley Hospice. On-line condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca.

Our hearts bleed for your imense loss of a truly remarkable wife, mother and baka. There are not enough consoleable words to ease your souls. May Teta Barka always shine down upon you. You gave her life purpose, she was so proud of all of your accomplishments in life and the wonderful lives you have created.
