In Celebration of

Anthony David "Butch" Lucchetta

April 1, 1937 -  September 29, 2021

Anthony David “Butch” Lucchetta April 1, 1937 – Sept 29, 2021
It is with profound sadness that the family of Anthony David “Butch” Lucchetta announces his passing on Wednesday Sept 29, 2021
Son of the late Carmine Rocco and Maria Lucia Lucchetta
So precious and so loved by his wife Jean-Ann
Father and best friend of Douglas (Sue), Derek (Irene) and Deborah (Kristen)
Much loved Nuche of Jake (Chelsea), Luke, Emily, Milaina and Marissa
Dedicated brother of Angie Salonia (predeceased Brad and Sam), predeceased Joe (Joan), Frank (Irene), Lou (Jennie), predeceased Rose (Jim McIlwaine)
He will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews
He was an honest and talented individual who was well respected and revered by the many individuals and businesses who called upon him in their construction endeavours
In all his personal and business relations he constantly provided generous aid to others at his own expense
His greatest accomplishment was his family. He was the foundation that resulted in the success, unity and happiness of his wife, children and grandchildren. His empathy and kindness extended well beyond his family to anyone who crossed his path.
Butch was often described as “Gold”

Nature’s first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

A best friend; best confidant; best man in our wedding. We share in the family loss. So we cannot say “hey Butch…what do you think about this” and get an answer, like the good old days. Some days we got answers, whether we wanted them or not, but they were always honest Butch answers.
Some comfort in the great memories we have of Anthony David (who is that guy?) Butch.
To the Family…be strong as Butch would expect.
With our best wishes & love.

My deepest condolences to Jean Ann, Deborah, Kristen and all of the family.

Dave was not only a wonderful boss but a beautiful human being.
