In Celebration of

Andre Boaden

October 26, 1943 -  October 11, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather, Andre Boaden, who left us on October 11, 2024, at the age of 80. He was a remarkable man whose larger-than-life personality and infectious smile touched the lives of everyone he met.

Born in England, Andre spent his early years navigating the vast oceans as a proud member of the merchant navy. His love for the sea continued throughout his life, leading him to become an accomplished pilot and a passionate sailor. He cherished his time aboard his yacht, exploring the beautiful waters of the Bahamas, where he created countless cherished memories with family and friends.

An adventurer at heart, Andre loved to travel, always eager to explore new cultures and indulge in diverse cuisines. His zest for life was only matched by his love for a well-crafted Crantini, which became his signature drink and a symbol of his joyful spirit.

Above all, Andre was a devoted family man. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tamara, and is remembered as a loving father to Scott, Tara, Justin, and Jamie. He was a proud "Papa" to Kinsley, Kailey, Gordie, Alex, Mathew, and Sage, who brought him immeasurable joy. He also cherished his role as father-in-law to Tyler and Jennifer.

As we remember Andre, we celebrate a life lived to the fullest—one marked by adventure, love, and a profound impact on all who were fortunate enough to know him. He leaves behind a legacy of joy, strength, and unforgettable memories.

A small private family only celebration of life will be held to honor Andre, reflecting the love and joy he brought to our lives.

Rest in peace, dear Andre. Your journey continues in our hearts.

I had the pleasure of meeting Andre around 20 years ago. He had an infectious smile that would light up a room. The many nights spent partaking crantini’s with Andre were always filled with good times. His beautiful wife Tamara was always by his side. You left a special place in my heart dear friend. May you rest in peace my friend. Thinking of you Tamara and the entire Boaden clan during the very difficult days ahead. Xoxo 🙏
