In Celebration of

Anant Vyas

April 3, 1983 -  December 30, 2017

Anant Vyas, 34, of Mississauga passed away peacefully at home on December 30, 2017 with his loving wife Amanda and cherished pup Mia by his side.

Anant will be deeply missed by his parents Kiran and Sujata, sister Neema (Austin), in-laws Michael and Clarice Mooney, as well as his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends near and far.

Anant was born in Toronto, grew up in Mississauga, and after some time spent in Shawnee, OK he returned to Mississauga to attend UTM, where he graduated H.B.Sc. - Software Engineer Specialist in 2005. Shortly after graduation he began his career with Accenture Inc., where he most recently held a Software Engineering Manager role.

Anant loved to spend time with his family and friends, enjoyed being out in nature, hiking, tennis, frisbee, and perhaps most of all he loved video games and the gaming industry. He was a life-long Nintendo and Mario fan, which was quite evident to those who knew him even only for a short time.

Anant was a genuine and selfless person, an amazing friend who was always willing to help out or offer advice without any benefit to himself. He loved to bring people together and was the life of the party. Anant loved to make people laugh, his sense of humour was sharp, witty, and occasionally sarcastic, which only made him that much easier to love.

Funeral services will take place on January 5th, 2018 at 3:00pm at the Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel, located at 1981 Dundas St. West, Mississauga, ON.

In the spirit of Anant’s love for children and having fun, memorial donations may be made to Child’s Play (http://childsplaycharity.org/) or to Camp Oochigeas (https://www.ooch.org).
