Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Sheridan Villa in Mississauga, on Wednesday March 29 2017, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Anne. Loving father of Kathy (Peter), Stephen (Irene) and predeceased by his eldest daughter Laurie. Proud grandfather of Michael and Kevin. Brother of Ursula Pastway. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Kipling and Islington Aves.) on Sunday April 2 from 1 – 5 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, 480 Rathburn Rd. (West of the 427) on Monday, April 3, at 11 a. m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Daily Bread Food Bank.

I knew this wonderful man for many years. Kathy and Stephen chose a wonderful location for his last home on earth. I visited Lucky last weekend and noted the great care he was receiving and obviously had been given for some time. Although he will be so very much missed he is now reunited with his beloved Anne and Laurie and kicking up his heals. Kathy, Stephen, Kevin and Michael--my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Lots of love to all--partners included of course.

I am so very, very happy that I was able to enjoy a visit with Lucky last Saturday. He looked so peaceful. He is a wonderful man. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
