Peacefully, at home, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Zono for 54 years. Cherished father of Terry, Wendy (Lloyd) and Lorraine (Anthony). Adored grandpa of Brittany, Damon, Jalen, Alexandra and Justin. Alwin was predeceased by his brothers, Hudson and Izet and his sister, Ethlyn. Alwin will be missed by nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Thursday January 4, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. Refreshments will be served after the service. Interment Meadowvale Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Kenmuir Baptist Church (1640 Carmen Drive Mississauga, ON. L5G 3Z1). Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca
