Alvin and Mavis Cosgrove

December 2, 1918 - July 2, 2022

Mavis Cosgrove (nee Christensen) passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in Mississauga at the age of 98.
Alvin passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Mississauga at the age of 103.

Survived by their loving children Pat Cosgrove (Tina Tait), Terri Lynn Cosgrove and John Cosgrove. Cherished grandfather to his grandsons, Alex and Brandon Cosgrove.

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made in memory of Alvin to the Cancer Society and the Alzheimer's Society.

Heartfelt condolences to Pat, Terri Lynn and Jon. I have so much admiration for all of you and how well you all cared for your parents, particularly over these past few very difficult years.
We first met back in 1979 when I was graciously welcomed into your home on Golden Orchard. Your parents were loving and warm and clearly loved a good visit. That was something that never changed. Your Mom always had a cheery smile and kind word. Your Dad was so engaged and entertaining and up for animated conversation.
They will certainly be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
Big hugs all 'round. So sorry not to have been able to attend Saturday's memorial. I am there in spirit.
