Passed away peacefully at age 96 years. Beloved wife of the late John Kowalchuk. Dear mother of the late Lubomyr (late Nadia). Lovingly remembered by granddaughter Vera (Patrick) O’Connor, great granddaughter Isabelle, as well as friends and relatives worldwide. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W. (East of the Jane subway) on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m., Panachyda will be offered at 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 11 a.m.

Accept our family’s condolences on the loss of your grandmother. I had known her from the time we came to Canada so many years ago.
