Much loved by his brother-in-law Andy, sisters-in-law Helen, Molly and nieces and nephews Judy, Joan, Helen, Gregor, Glen, Kenneth, Douglas, Brian, Ian, Colin and Gary. Supported during his illness by his great niece Lisa and will be sadly missed by many great nieces and nephews in the UK, Canada, USA and France. Sandy arrived in Canada in 1957. He has been a devoted member at Islington Golf Club for 42 years. Sandy had a successful career with Cresswell UK then Johnson Matthey until he retired in 1992. We are thankful for the excellent care he received from St Joseph's 6th Floor Oncology team and the wonderful staff and volunteers at Dorothy Ley Hospice. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Kipling & Islington Aves.) on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 3 - 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Dorothy Ley Hospice would be greatly appreciated.

To the Entire Family,

My deepest condolences on the passing of Sandy, what a true gentleman always saying hello and with a kind word anytime we crossed paths.
I met and saw Sandy at the Golf Club all year long with Luc and Peter his running mates who I refereed to as the 'bandits', they were inseparable over the last few years.
I will miss his cheerful smile and his positive outlook, he will always be remembered fondly by this friend and fellow member. RIP my good Sandy.

He will be sadly missed. He was a great guy and I loved his Scottishness!
