In Celebration of

Aldo Pietrantonio

February 10, 1966 -  March 24, 2021

It is with deeply mixed emotions that we announce the passing of our Aldo. Beloved son of the late Rodolfo and Rubina Pietrantonio, Aldo will be dearly missed by his loving brothers and sisters: Lina DiTiello (m. Joe), Tony (m. Jane), Bruno (m. Elizabeth), Anna and Tina. Aldo will also be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, his great nieces and nephews, his many cousins and friends.

Through the grace of God and the willingness of the outstanding people on the ER, Covid and ICU Teams at Trillium Hospital, Anna was able be at Aldo’s bedside to comfort him for most of the time he was there, and through the hours until he gently and peacefully left us. For this we are very grateful.

Our Family would also like to thank the many Christian Horizon care-givers who touched Aldo’s life with loving friendship at Toronto 17, RR1, and Peel 3 over the last 15 years.

Aldo holds an extra-special place in the hearts of many of us … he is already deeply missed.

Due to the current pandemic the Visitation, Funeral Mass and Entombment are considered Private.

Aldo was endearing and trusting. He brought out the best in people. We appreciated his showmanship and sense of humour.
Aldo found such delight in the things that brought him pleasure (floor hockey, bowling, wrestling, baseball, horses, drawing, old tv shows, Johnny Cash and Elvis). But most of all...Aldo taught us about love and the importance of family.
My condolences to all of the Pietrantonios (especially my dear friend Tina) who gave Aldo such a full life where he could live his best life and share his love for each of them.

Andy and I would like to express our deepest condolences to you Tina and your family. Your loving commitment to your brother was evident every day. Aldo is a wonderful , gentle soul, with a really good sense of humour. I'll always remember his wise advise on weight loss: "if you want to loose weight, it's easy, just don't eat." Aldo brought out the best in people. Prayers and Love to you all.
