Adam returned into his Lord's arms on April 25, 2024 at age 85, with his devoted daughter Elizabeth (Christopher McMullan) by his side. Born in Warsaw, Poland, Adam and his family fled in 1943. They lived briefly in Italy and Brazil before settling in Venezuela. In 1959, the family immigrated to Canada, where Adam eventually met and married his beloved wife, Christina (2005). He is adored and missed by his grandchildren, Krystyna and Trevor. He was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Marta, and his sisters Krystyna, Sister Barbara (Salesian order), and Ewa (B. John Kuczewski). Loved brother of Tad (Joan, 2017). Beloved uncle to Bernadette (Peter McClenaghan) and Michael (Meredith Gardiner). Dear great-uncle to Zachary, Patrick, Michael David, Mckenna, and Max.
Adam was a printer by trade, working with his father and then on his own. He retired earlier than planned to care for Christina as she battled breast cancer.
He was a quiet man but never docile. He appeared serious but was actually very silly, with a wicked sense of humour. His generosity knew no bounds.

O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
